Robert Kittinger, Co-creator
Robert Kittinger has been a consultant with social media companies since 2005, he has worked with multiple Facebook app developers, and is currently earning a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology on the topic on effective incentives and the motivation that drives user-generated content (UGC).
His research on the addictive qualities of social media (formerly known as "Web 2.0) was recently published in the academic journal Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking (citation below).
One of his goals in life is to understand better than anyone else-- What motivates people to keep coming back to a website or application to create and organize content.
